Fit Tip Friday: Achy breaky shoulder

Shoulders.  A passion of mine.  A pain of most of yours.  Check it. 

AND PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, listen up.  If you have shoulder pain, DO NOT do any push exercises.  That means no push-ups, bench presses, etc etc etc.  Please read the following bit on why I never ever recommend push-ups for anyone (includes anatomy info and the like. yay nerds unite).
