Here's the breakdown of the 2 hour workshop:
1. Common Aches/Pains: Back, Knee, and Shoulder and easy ways to tackle them
2. Low down on Least Amount of Exercise: We'll decide what type of exercise you enjoy doing, how you can fit it in, and how to do it a way that will show results quickly
3. Belly fat: Let's talk about it and stop it in its tracks.
4. Neuro-repatterning: Deal with stress without the mantras or the meditation. Use real deal, high end tricks to get your nervous system to chill out.
