The Hook uses the effective and efficient method of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to bring you into the highest level of strength you can imagine. Additionally, unlike other HIIT programs, I don't put your body through exercises that will harm you (like push-ups and crunches), but I use an innovative protocol instead of extension-based core conditioning that will have you getting stronger while also mediating chronic pain patterns.  

Who am I?  Good question.  Courtney Wyckoff, CPT, CES, at your service.  I have 15-years of experience in corrective exercise, pelvic rehabilitation, core integration, and biomechanics.  For the past 8 years, I have worked exclusively with prenatal and postpartum women, armed with the belief that when a woman is truly strong, she can show up in the world in all the ways she chooses.

You should also know that I have recovered my own body from two autoimmune diseases, severe postpartum depression, PTSD, chronic back pain, and diastasis recti.  I am here to help you heal and I know what's possible when you agree to win ugly with me.
