In this day and age, when distractions often pull us apart and keep us living like satellites, this force cannot be underestimated or overlooked. Evidence-based research has shown that even a few minutes of exercise every day helps our brains absorb stress with resilience, gives us access to play, improves our mood, and provides usable tools in the face of family-related stuff (tantrums, boredom, cabin fever, hyper activity, overwhelm, overstimulation, etc).
