We believe that is never too late or too early to find your way to living pain-free and playfully.  And we know that it is never a bad idea to invest a small amount of time each and every day to keep your body strong enough for the weird and awesome experience of life.

We are now offering a comprehensive line-up:

This line-up allows us to tackle wellness from both a preventative and a treatment angle. So, not only are we confronting head-on the aches and pains that many parents endure, we are also helping to keep these aches and pains from ever becoming a reality for your child in the first place.

But, beyond all these excellent reasons for signing up for whole family fitness, the most important —we think—is that exercise serves as a powerful connecting force for all humans. In this day and age, when distractions often pull us apart and keep us living like satellites, this force cannot be underestimated or overlooked. Evidence-based research has shown that even a few minutes of exercise every day helps our brains absorb stress with resilience, gives us access to play, improves our mood, and provides usable tools in the face of family-related stuff (tantrums, boredom, cabin fever, hyper activity, overwhelm, overstimulation, etc). We vote yes to all of this.

TEENSTRONG

TeenStrong is a 15 minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout created specifically to build strength, get some endorphins flowing, and maybe even improve your mood a bit.
We don't talk about weight loss or appearance and instead focus on being 100% body-positive. We don't offer weird or trendy health advice. We don't give you information about your body and its strength that isn't backed by research. We don't take ourselves seriously even though our content is super intelligent. In other words, welcome to the weird world of owning a body.

KIDDOSTRONG

KiddoStrong is a 15 minute workout created specifically to get Kiddos moving. We have fun movements that hopefully incite some giggles and get the whole family moving and building good habits for life.
