You can choose a personal goal of 3 times per week, 5 times per week or 7 times per week. Let's make our own path for 2019 and instead of fantasies about sweaty classes and getting buff and all that. Come learn how to show up for 15-minutes a day of enough exercise in a way that is not a big deal and requires zero superhero effort. And then join a hearty, intelligent, and proactive conversation about how to be our best with rest. In other words, slow down in order to make 2019 better than 2018. Dial it back. Get real. By signing up for the January Challenge, you will also be subscribing to our Daily Emails where you will get amazing content written by other MommaStrong members. It is just what you need to get yourself motivated every day. In these emails, you will receive updates on the group goal and a few bonus content surprises. You don't want to miss these.
For our group goal, let's see if we can get 50% of the Challenge group to show up every day.
We will give updates in the Daily Emails. At the end of the challenge if we have had at least 50% of the Challenge Members show up every day, we will unlock bonus content just for the Challenge group (even if you didn't meet your personal goal).
It doesn't matter what MommaStrong workout you do. You can do a daily 15, a 5 minute hack, a stretching module or any of the other content on the site. Just show up for yourself and do some kind of MommaStrong movement. And then head on over to the check in page and check in for that day.
And as a reward for your hard work, there will be special gifts for those who meet their personal goal during the challenge. So make sure you check in daily.

This will help you understand the program a bit more. Then you'll do a quick "basic training" to get to know the MommaStrong lingo.
2. Stick it out each day
Each day you'll do a new Daily 15. These 15 minute, low intensity interval workouts are specifically geared to your phase of pregnancy.
3. Enjoy oodles of "Recovery Planning" education and strength building
You'll be prepared for what comes immediately after birth and plan for things like postpartum depression, spouse/partner support, diastasis recti prevention, c-section support, and belly binding.
4. Get instant relief with our famous "Fix Me" sessions
These focus on all the areas that can go wrong or cause you pain while you are growing a beautiful human.
1. For Mommas who are 0–6 weeks postpartum, you'll dive into 15-minutes-a-day "Hazy Days" workouts
We will help you safely do all the things your body needs in order to recover the way you deserve. All you have to do is show up and we take care of the rest.
2. Once you hit 6 weeks postpartum, you go straight to the General Recovery.
These are Daily 15-Minute High Intensity Interval Training workouts that help you rebuild your strength the right way and keep you strong as you continue to transition to life with a new babe.
3. Enjoy oodles of bonus material.
Learn how to babywear, bind your belly, and breastfeed in ways that support your physical recovery and strengthening.
4. Get instant relief with our famous "Fix Me" sessions.
These sessions focus on all the areas that can go wrong or cause you pain while you are attempting to feel human again. From Diastasis Recti to Prolapse to Incontinence to Shoulder Pain, there's no reason to hurt more in motherhood.
1. The Basics
You'll do a quick and dirty basic training so that you know how to brace your belly and hold your body for optimal results.
2. Then, you are off to Home Base 2-week intensive (only 15 minutes a day!)
Home Base will get every momma ready for the hard stuff to come. This way, you can get strong for the long haul while also getting rid of pesky pain that usually sidelines you from exercise and life.
3. Voila, you are in the Daily 15!
This is a 15-minute high intensity interval workout series that is ongoing and new each day. You'll also get some life lessons thrown in here and there. And we make sure all your needs are met, with both high impact and low impact options always available.
4. Enjoy oodles of extra courses.
We have everything from Nutrition to a specialized "Love Your Pooch" program to "Don't Be a Pisser."
5. Get instant relief with our famous "Fix Me" sessions.
They cover just about every area you can injure: shoulder, lower back, knees, heels and so much more. What we have found is that sometimes the problem isn't the problem after all. See—there is one of those life lessons. Explore your body with us and find specific sessions to address the issues you are facing every day.
