Join MommaStrong members around the world as we dive into the November Challenge where we try to achieve our personal goal of exercise between November 4th and November 30th. You can choose a personal goal of 3 times per week, 5 times per week or 7 times per week.
This November we will head into the holidays (aka, The Land of Shackles), and we make a conscious decision to underachieve in the stuff that does not matter so that we can define our sustainable emancipation on our terms. Plus, then at the end of the month, when you've shown up every day in a small and underachieving way, you can declare: I UNDERACHIEVED. That's a bumper sticker we all need, right?
Bring A Buddy
And if you want to gift a friend this month we have created a 1 month challenge gift ($5). It will give your friend access during the challenge and hopefully they will love MommaStrong and stay on board! A lovely gift of strength. Who couldn't use that, any ole time?
Gift the November Challenge to your friend!
Once you sign up for the November Challenge, you will receive an email confirmation and be asked to select your personal goal.
Between November 4th and November 30th, you can set a personal goal to show up:
Once you have set your personal goal, you will not be able to change it for this challenge.
By signing up for the November Challenge, you will also be subscribing to our Daily Emails where you will get amazing content written by other MommaStrong members. It is just what you need to get yourself motivated every day. In these emails, you will receive updates on the group goal and a few bonus content surprises. You don't want to miss these. You will not be automatically subscribed to Daily Emails once the Challenge is over.
For our group goal, let's see if we can get 30% of the challenge group to show up every day.
We will give updates in the Daily Emails. At the end of the challenge if we have had at least 30% of the Challenge Members show up every day, we will unlock bonus content just for the Challenge group (even if you didn't meet your personal goal).
It doesn't matter what MommaStrong workout you do. You can do a daily 15, a 5 minute hack, a stretching module or any of the other content on the site. Just show up for yourself and do some kind of MommaStrong movement. And then head on over to the check in page and check in for that day.
And as a reward for your hard work, there will be special gifts for those who meet their personal goal during the challenge. So make sure you check in daily.
"MommaStrong has been a game changer for me. It’s a program that honors and recognizes real life and everything that comes with it, without intimidation or judgement. 15 minutes a day might not sound like a lot, but I’ve never felt stronger or as integrated and connected than I do right now."
"I am a women’s health physical therapist, and have never found a program as well-rounded as MommaStrong. Courtney teaches you to engage your muscles in a safe, appropriate way, and more importantly how to use them in your daily life! It has even helped me significantly with my own aches and pains, and I have been recommending it to all of my patients after discharge from PT. I also can’t tell you how many times I’ve watched a “fix-me” video and thought “that’s exactly what I would tell a patient!” I love too how Courtney allows us to see her as a real person - we are all just moms trying to make it through the day, and it helps to see that she struggles with the same things that we do! Even with not wanting to exercise!! MommaStrong honestly has been a game-changer for me, and I feel so lucky to have found it. You’ll never look back once you try it! Thanks for all you and Courtney & the team do. You are honestly changing the face of women’s self-care and well-being. I can’t tell you how many times I hear in the clinic “why hasn’t anyone told me this before?” Now hopefully with programs like MommaStrong, I’ll start hearing that less and less, and women’s cores and pelvic floors will be much more intact as they age! It’s honestly amazing how much pelvic floor function gets neglected in the general exercise world, or that women think it’s ok or normal to pee when they workout. I’m hoping you guys have started a revolution!!"
