Hello Clinicians! This program has been developed with the basic methodology that 15 minutes a day (and sometimes 5 minutes a day) is enough. Consistency is the key to becoming sustainably strong and/or to overcoming pain patterns. And we know that, as busy clinicians, one of the hardest parts of your job is patient compliance in aftercare. This is where we can help one another. We would love to support you by offering MommaStrong as an extension to your practice.
We are mourning the possiblity of being in person with you this summer, but we have come up with a series of events that we think will offer a great point of connection and give us a chance to share some knowledge along the way. We will be sending emails to any members who are registered for the Summer Workshops. They will be going out over the next week.
