Hello Clinicians! This program has been developed with the basic methodology that 15 minutes a day (and sometimes 5 minutes a day) is enough. Consistency is the key to becoming sustainably strong and/or to overcoming pain patterns. And we know that, as busy clinicians, one of the hardest parts of your job is patient compliance in aftercare. This is where we can help one another.
