 Are you having trouble getting your 15 minutes in each day?

Constantly beating yourself up for not prioritizing your exercise?

In so much pain and discomfort that you don't know where to begin?

Struggling to meet your goals?  

The Hook is a three part in-person workshop with Courtney, in which she will help you show up for your strength like it's your job.  Using her 8 years of experience in filming a daily workout for MommaStrong despite the ups and downs of life, she will help YOU finally get hooked into a sustainable fitness journey.  And, along with a small group of women, you'll develop lifelong tools and lifelong comrades for the action sport of motherhood.

Breakdown of Workshop

Here's what we will be doing each week:

TIME (week 1)

Guess what? Mothers actually can't make time to exercise. Even 15 minutes is sometimes not feasible. In other words, it is not your fault! In the first week of The Hook, we will get real about the resource of time in YOUR life. We will then problem solve how to use the time you do have and how to show up even when this resource is not available. You will find self-compassion, humor, and possibility by being honest about your reality.

PAIN (week 2)

Motherhood is like training for an elite sport by using the most dysfunctional health habits possible: Poor posture from carrying and feeding, sleep deprivation, and getting very little time to heal after pregnancy and birth. You are in pain and it prevents you from showing up consistently. In the second week, we will problem solve YOUR pain and set up a plan to show up while also resolving your discomfort.

ACCOUNTABILITY (week 3)

Primary caregivers often don't have  space or energy left to hold themselves accountable to their own self-care and strength. We just figure we will get to it later, when life gets less demanding. The truth is that it's essential to find it now, when things are exhausting. In the final week of this series, we will discover YOUR preferences for accountability and make a plan to put them in place in a realistic, but effective way.
